Folding functions here as an elementary spatial operation: from a continuous surface, a volume emerges through a minimal change in orientation. The object does not describe a closed body but a transitional condition between surface and space. Positioned in close relation to the floor plane, yet defined as an autonomous element within the architectural setting, the work establishes a direct dialogue with the surrounding space and the movement of the viewer.
